Consultation Availability Details

- Choose between Phone, Virtual (secure Google Meet) or In-Office consultations
- Appointments are limited to 90-minutes
- To maximize your time with me, prepare any relevant information (prescriptions, doctors, etc.)

⚠️ Medicare Beneficiaries

A Scope of Appointment (SOA) is required when benefits related to MAPD and Part D are discussed.

After you schedule your appointment, you will receive a follow-up email from Justin@FloridaAgent.org with further instructions.

Please know that signing an SOA does not enroll or obligate you to enroll in coverage. Once signed, a 48-hour Medicare-mandated waiting period must be satisfied

Who does the SOA rule apply to?

Each Medicare beneficiary present for the appointment (whether enrolling or not) whenever benefits are to be discussed for Medicare Advantage and Part D (drug plans).

Who does the SOA rule NOT apply to?

Medicare beneficiaries discussing Medicare Supplement Insurance (Medigap) only
Individual & Family (ACA) options
Extra Ancillary Protection plans (e.g., dental, vision, hospital indemnity, etc)
