Can I expect support after enrollment?
While our support for you doesn't stop after you've enrolled, there are some important limitations to what we can do, which are outside of our control. Due to federal HIPAA regulations, insurance carriers are legally not allowed to share your protected health information with us without your explicit permission. For example, they will not share details about billing, or claim denials. For these and other sensitive issues, we generally advise contacting your insurance carrier's Customer Service directly. This ensures you get a quicker and more detailed resolution to your questions. We are here to assist with enrollment support, administrative tasks, and to advise you each year during open enrollment to make sure your plan continues to be the best fit for you.
